    Villa is surrounded by urban housing development, in the settled district set by 1920’s and 1930’s villas of the wide range of quality and actual state. The nearest sites are devoped with single houses and row-houses with grown green, characterized by the quiet residental atmosphere. The site offers wonderful overview directly on a local landmark – the Villa and Park Hvězda. Newly designed development is running just in the established limits, respects street line, structural level and partly also roof shaping. Two-storey house with basement is connected to all the avalable infrastructure networks provided in area.
