    A project for an invited competion: transformation of the Malthouse grounds into an estate that includes housing, commercial offices, service offices and a hotel. The study was a survey of space and surface, total costs, parking, sun exposure, working order etc. Area: hotel – 3856 m2, business and service 2668 m2, offices 6000 m2, housing 13 750 m2.
